Hi everyone!

In my kinesiology practice, I use a lot of different herbs on my clients with fibroids. I thought I’d share with you a combination I’ve been testing a few months. It’s working very well indeed!

I have listed the herbs I use, and the reason why they help fibroids. When combined they are very powerful for shrinking fibroids and easing the symptoms of fibroids.

Enjoy!

Chaste Tree suppresses the over-production of estrogen and is widely used to balance hormones and treat premenstrual symptoms. Many double-blind placebo-controlled studies have proven its effectiveness, for example, the Institute for Health Care and Science in Germany found that 52% of women taking this supplement experienced significant improvements in menstrual symptoms such as bloating, headaches and irritability.

Chaste Tree also reduces estrogen levels while elevating progesterone levels, and has strong anti inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal effects which helps the body to shrink fibroids.

Red Raspberry is used to control excessive menstrual bleeding and strengthens and tones the uterine muscles. Red Raspberry is very helpful in supporting the body return the reproductive organs into balance. It’s anti inflammatory and anti nausea effects makes Red Raspberry a powerful herb for menstrual problems.

Red Raspberry is a rich source of nutrients, including Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Phosphorus, and Vitamins A, B, C and E. Also rich in tocopherols, carotenoids, and natural antioxidants, Numerous studies indicate that Red Raspberry helps to manage blood sugar levels, helping you keep your energy levels high throughout the month.

Motherwort is used world-wide for a range of menstrual and reproductive problems. It contains leonurine which relaxes the smooth muscles of the uterus, preventing cramping, and reducing menstrual pain.

Motherwort regulates menstruation, reduces cramping, balances hormones and reduces heavy bleeding, especially when mixed with Red Raspberry.

Siberian Ginseng has been used for over 4,000 in Chinese Medicine years to combat anemia caused by heavy bleeding, and maintain the energy levels. Like Red Raspberry, Siberian Ginseng helps manage blood sugar levels, preventing energy slumps throughout the month.

Siberian Ginseng contains properties that support the adrenal glands, and enables the body to cope with physical and mental stress. It also reduces blood clotting, especially when mixed with Red Clover.

Red Clover‘s daidzein and genistein compounds in are recognized by The National Cancer Institute to have anti-tumor properties. It is also a well-known blood cleansing herb, and supports detoxification, and it helps the liver to detoxify excess estrogen – the main cause of fibroids.

Red Clover has antispamodic and sedative qualities, calming the uterus, adn its as its phytoestrogens (plant estrogens) help balance the body’s natural estrogen levels and regulate the menstrual cycle.

Rich in nutrients, it helps to replenish the body after many months of heavy bleeding. Red Clover contains tocopheral (Vitamin E), protein, and salicylates and coumarins, which reduce blood clotting.

Licorice Root is used to treat fluid retention, helping with bloating and weight gain during menstruation. The Mjölbolsta Hospital found people taking Licorice over 8 weeks retained less water and normalized blood pressure levels.

Licorice Root is also used to calm the digestion, and when combined with Red Clover, supports the liver in breaking down excess estrogen.

Burdock Root is another blood purifying herb, used to support the liver and detoxify excess estrogen and xenoestrogens.

It also has diuretic qualities, which help the body get rid of retained water, reducing bloating and swelling. Its anti-inflammatory properties also assist in shrinking fibroids in size.

Burdock Root is rich in Arctigenin, which inhibits the growth of tumors.

Goldenseal helps to keep the uterus free of inflammation and infection. It has been used for hundreds of years by Native Americans for skin problems. It is also used to maintain the health of mucus membranes – the tissue surrounding the internal genitals.

The berberine in Goldenseal is antibacterial and antiviral, which helps the body fight infection and strengthens the immune system, especially when combined with Echinacea.

Echinacea has been used for over 400 years as a general cure-all. Recent studies sugest that Echinacea enchances the immune system, reduces inflammation and relieves pain.

For example, the Phytomedicine Journal reported a double-blind study in which subjects given Echinacea increased the functioning of the immune system by 120%. Additionally researchers in Germany found that large doses of echiacea healed wounds completely in just 7 days.

Echinacea has also been used to control benign growths and tumors such as fibroids.

I have a confession to make. I didn’t write the information about the herbs. My new friend Amina Christy did.

Amina’s a herbalist who creates very potent herbal blends, and she’s allowed me to use her blends on my clients. They’ve worked so well, I’ve persuaded her to share the blend with you.

It’s called FibroidClear, and it contains every single herb she listed above… all in one capsule.

Where To Buy The Herbs

Because everyone reading the blog are from different places – so far I’ve noticed women from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Nigeria – I’ve helped Amina to create a website where you can buy her remedy.

She only has a small quantity and will probably sell out in about 2 days, so if you’re interested, don’t spend too much time delaying your purchase. I don’t want you to miss out.

Here’s her website now:

Today I’d like to talk to you about the relationship between fibroids and estrogen.I recently had two messages from other women reading this newsletter:Debbie wrote:

“I am 56 years old and just found out that I have a fibroid that is 13 cm by 15 cm. I believe instead of shrinking during menopause mine is growing. What should my concerns be. I don’t have any symptoms like bleeding or pain.”

Also, Mia wrote:

“I have Fibroids and this is the 3rd time they have occured…the first two times I had them removed surgically.I am now 51 and was told that they can reduce after the Menopause due to the decreased level of estrogen.Well mine have got worse and I now look pregnant.I have accepted that I will need a further operation as there is no other way. I wish there was as snother Operation is not something I relish.”

Julie also asked:

“I don’t get it. I am nearly 55 years old and my periods are dwindling down to nothing, practically. Why should I have higher hormone levels? With me, it must be caffeine, or something else I don’t know about. I see an ob/gyn on July 19 (she is going to look at the ultrasound I took last week).”

So what on earth is going on with these women??

According to conventional wisdom, fibroids are supposed to shrink during menopause. This is because typically, women’s estrogen production decreases from 40-60%, and since estrogen is the hormone that feeds fibroids, menopausal women with fibroids should find that the fibroids shrink or disappear.

But that’s not happening, and I’ll explain why:Estrogen MimickersEstrogen mimickers are substances that act the same way as estrogen in the body. They can be beneficial or harmful to the health. For example, “good” estrogen mimickers are phytoestrogens that you find in vegetables, that are known to help the body maintain a good balance of estrogen.

The “bad” estrogen are xenoestrogens – artificial chemicals that disrupt the endocrine system, reproduction, and have been known to cause health problems in men and women, including endometriosis, breast cancer, and fibroids.

Xenoestrogens are everywhere – in our household detergents, cosmetics, they are in the hormones fed to livestock that produce meat and milk, they are in the pesticides sprayed on our fruit and vegetables, they are in the plastic containers that hold our food and water, and they are even in our water supply. This is the reason why these women going through the menopause are finding that their fibroids are getting worse.

This is also the reason why so many women today have fibroids.

What To Do About Xenoestrogens

Wherever possible, eat natural and organic sources of food. Use natural cosmetics and detergents to avoid these harmful chemicals and switch to ceramic or glass containers for your food and water. (This is especially important if you microwave your food in plastics!)

If you’re really committed to getting rid of fibroids naturally, try a detoxification program consisting of a colon, kidney and liver detox. My clients always get great results using the body cleanse kit. http://www.bodycleasekit.com

One great supplement for lowering the levels of estrogen in the body is Calcium D-Glucarate. It helps to bind the estrogens and transport them safely out of the body. Studies have shown it reduces the risk of estrogen-related cancers and hormone-related conditions such as endometriosis and fibroids.

I outline a detailed plan relating to the estrogen detox in The Fibroid Cure. It also includes a 7-Step Action Plan for getting rid of Fibroids without drugs or surgery.

You’re already aware that small fibroids can present little or no symptoms, but can grow and cause serious health complaints if left undetected.

For example, fibroids can cause the pelvic region to swell to the point of altering the physical appearance. Large fibroids can make a women look pregnant.

Large masses (or a single large mass) of uterine fibroids could be filling the abdominal area, obstructing other organs such as the bladder, colon, vagina, uterus and the nerves serving other parts of the body.

Frequent urination (or excessive urination) is caused by a large fibroid pressing on the bladder.Digestive complaints are also a result of fibroids blocking the intestines.

Fibroids can also cause painful sexual intercourse, or dyspareunia.Low back pain and/or pain in the legs are often due to uterine fibroids that are pushing towards the nerves in the back.

Many infertility issues, early onset of labor and frequent miscarriages are caused by uterine fibroids. Occasionally a fibroid blocks the entrance to the Fallopian tube, making pregnancy impossible.

Some women experience a sudden, severe pain due to a type of fibroid known as a pedunculated fibroid. These are fibroids that grow on a stalk, called a pedicle. The pain occurs when the stalk becomes twisted.

Pedunculated fibroids may either grow out into the abdomen (this type is called a subserosal pedunculated fibroid) or into the endometrial cavity (asubmucosal pedunculated fibroid).

The good news is that even if your fibroids are severe, it’s possible to help them by taking natural remedies. I have outlined a plan for getting rid of them in The Fibroid Cure.

Many women with fibroids report having no symptoms. They only realize they have fibroids when they go for a gynecological exam, or ultrasound.

Most of the symptoms are so minor that they are dismissed as regular period pains. This is because the most common symptoms of uterine fibroids (about 25%) have to do with menstruation. These symptoms can include:

abnormal bleeding, clotting or spotting (menstrual irregularities)

heavy bleeding (menorrhagia)

prolonged monthly menstrual flow

extreme pain during menstruation (dysmenorrhea).

Heavy, excessive, and/or prolonged menstrual bleeding can also lead to a condition known as iron-deficiency anemia, which must be treated with iron supplementation.

Pelvic pain, pressure and discomfort are also symptoms of uterine fibroids that can be dismissed as period pains.

So, if the symptoms of fibroids aren’t that bad, what’s the big deal?

Your fibroids could be small at the moment, and easy to manage with natural remedies. Ignoring them could cause them to grow to the size of a cantaloupe melon, or multipy, making them more difficult to treat later on.

Fibroids are a common reason for infertility. For example, a fibroid blocking the fallopian tubes will prevent conception from ever taking place.

Your fibroid symptoms could be sabotaging your health and fertility, and the simple natural remedies in The Fibroid Cure could so easily restore your health.

Fibroids can occur anywhere in the body, but they most often are found in the uterus or womb. They can be small and inconspicuous, causing little or no problems, or large and multiple, resulting in a number of health- and lifestyle-related issues.

Submucosal Fibroids

The mucosa refers to the lining of the uterus. Sub means below. Therefore, submucosal fibroids are those tumors that are located just below the lining of the uterus. While they are the most infrequent type of fibroid, they often cause prolonged menstrual periods and excessive heavy bleeding, a condition called menorrhagia.

Pedunculated Fibroids

This type of fibroid is actually one that grows on a stalk, called the peduncle. It can develop and grow either in the uterus itself (a submucosal fibroid) or on the outside of the uterus (a pedunculated fibroid tumor). Although rare, pedunculated fibroid tumors can cause extreme pain when the stalk becomes twisted.

The number, shape, density and location of the different types of fibroid tumors are important when discussing or planning various treatment therapies, including recommended natural therapies.

The Fibroid Cure contains information on how to overcome each type of fibroid.

Fibroids are generally classified according to their location or position in the woman’s uterus. Here are just two examples of fibroids:

Subserosal Fibroids

This type of fibroid is located in the serosa (outermost layer) and outside the wall of the uterus, also called the womb. They continue their outward growth. Subserosal fibroids can cause tissue compression on areas that are surrounding it, such as the bladder and/or bowel. They are not generally the cause of excessive bleeding, as they do not affect a woman’s menstrual flow.

Intramural Fibroids

Intra means inside, so intramural fibroids are those that are found inside the uterine wall. These are the most common type of fibroid tumor. Since they develop and grow inside the uterine wall, the result is that they make the uterus feel as if it is larger.

This is known as the “bulk syndrome.” Their growth can cause pressure both on the bladder as well as the uterus, pelvic and back pain, excessive bleeding and frequent urination. They may also be responsible for many miscarriages and infertility issues.

The Fibroid Cure contains information on how to overcome each type of fibroid.
